Your participation in the 2011 Christmas Wreath Fund Raiser plays an important role in our ability to fund top quality safety equipment for our young athletes.  This has been a sucessful fund raiser in past years and we look forward to delievering you Christmas Wreath right to your door in 2011.

2011 Craze Raffle

Total Prizes -  $5,000!  We will award $500 each week for ten weeks.

$200 Winner - Highest three team total
$100 Winner - Second highest total
$75 Winner -  Third highest total
$50 Winner -  Fourth highest total
$50 Winner -  Lowest total
$25 Winner - Second lowest total

Winners will be notified and winning checks will be mailed by-weekly.  All winners will be listed on this website.  For a list of winners, you can also send a self-addressed stamped envelope to:

RULES
1. This ticket is valid for the last 10 weeks of the regular season.
2. Each ticket has three teams/week & the scores added together determine the winner.
3. In case of tie, the prize is split between the ties.
4. No other ticket has the same team combination for each week as this ticket.
5. If a winner can't be determined an alternate method will be used.
6. Teams not playing a given week will be assigned the previous week’s score.

Tickets cost $10.00 EACH

Please return the form and payment to your team representative by August 18th, 2011.
